We offer our guests a diversified collection of lifestyle hotel brands, each created with a unique personality under the unified ethos of inclusivity and presence of humanness. According to Frost & Sullivan, we are the largest upper midscale hotel chain in China in terms of room numbers as of the end of 2025. As of December 31, 2025, our hotel network covered 2,015 hotels, spanning 230 cities in China, with a total of 224,423 hotel rooms. These included 1,996 manachised hotels with a total of 221,283 rooms, in addition to a pipeline of 779 hotels with a total of 85,901 rooms under development.
Anchored in an experience-driven, people-serving philosophy, we have organically expanded from hospitality into retail, powered by our deep insights into customers’ sleep needs, thoughtfully designed products, strong brand recognition, and extensive hotel network. We have strategically focused our retail business on the sleep category, developing products that address customers’ sleep-related pain points. We operated the largest retail business among all hotel chains in China in terms of GMV in 2025, according to Frost & Sullivan. The revenue generated from our retail business was RMB3,671 million in 2025.
We continuously deepen our membership operations with a brand-building mindset, while our ACARD loyalty program is built to enhance our engagement with users and provide them with a unique and personalized experience. As of December 31, 2025, our ACARD loyalty program amassed 112 million registered individual members.
To provide our customers with personalized services and products, we have developed a comprehensive digital management system, which improves customer experience and operational efficiency in room reservation, room management, pricing, and membership benefits. We use our data technology to identify market trends and inform our hotel management decisions, and make our hotel services and retail products more relatable to customers through seamless integration into our rooms and other consumption scenarios.
