We offer our guests a diversified collection of lifestyle hotel brands, each created with a unique personality under the unified ethos of inclusivity and presence of humanness. According to Frost & Sullivan, we are the largest upper midscale hotel chain in China in terms of room numbers as of the end of 2024. As of December 31, 2024, our hotel network covered 1,619 hotels, spanning 209 cities in China, with a total of 183,184 hotel rooms. These included 1,593 manachised hotels with a total of 179,469 manachised hotel rooms, in addition to a pipeline of 741 hotels with a total of 79,528 rooms under development.
Anchored in an experience-driven, people-serving philosophy, we have expanded from hospitality into retail, powered by our extensive hotel network, deep insights into hotel guests’ sleep needs, and our strong brand recognition. We have strategically focused our retail business on the sleep category, developing products that address customers’ sleep-related pain points. The GMV generated from our retail business was RMB2,592.4 million in 2024.
We built our ACARD loyalty program to enhance our engagement with guests and provide them with a unique and personalized experience. As of December 31, 2024, our A-Card loyalty program amassed over 89 million registered individual members.
To provide our customers with personalized services and products, we have developed a comprehensive digital management system, which improves customer experience and operational efficiency in room reservation, room management, pricing and membership benefits. We use our data technology to identify market trends and inform our hotel management decisions, and make our hotel services and retail products more relatable to customers through seamless integration into our rooms and other consumption scenarios throughout our hotel.
