Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (“Atour”) (NASDAQ: ATAT) is a leading lifestyle group in China that operates both hospitality and retail businesses. According to Frost & Sullivan, Atour is the largest upper midscale hotel chain in China in terms of room numbers as of the end of 2025, and became the largest retail business among all hotel chains in China in terms of GMV in 2025.
We have developed seven lifestyle hotel brands. As of December 31, 2025, our hotel network covered 2,015 hotels across 230 cities in China, with 779 hotels under development.
Our retail business focuses on the sleep category, anchored by our flagship brand, Atour Planet. Revenue from our retail business reached RMB 3,671 million in 2025.
